Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Sells patients on the benefits of membership through outbound call campaigns and discusses program components to demonstrate value
• Handles inbound call activity and documents interactions accurately in Salesforce (CRM system)
• Conducts general research and problem resolution, escalating issues to management as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Two years of experience in customer service or business/administrative roles
• Experience in a call center environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
