Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and build relationships with local realtors and builders to generate business
• Originate loans across various product types including FHA, VA, Conventional, and more
• Collaborate with in-house operations staff to ensure timely loan processing and closing

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of mortgage lending or retail mortgage banking experience
• Proven track record of closing three or more new purchase loans per month
• Established referral base including realtors, past clients, and financial professionals
• College degree or equivalent work or military experience
• Favorable credit history and background check
