Key Responsibilities
- Lead a global team of Business Development and Sales Development professionals, setting strategic direction and ensuring successful execution of partnership initiatives

- Serve as a key advisor to C-suite executives, guiding strategic decisions and building high-level partnerships
Qualifications
- 20+ years of progressive experience in biotech or pharmaceutical commercial leadership, with direct responsibility for global partnerships
- Proven success in managing high-performing teams and developing senior leaders
- Strong business acumen and financial oversight, including P&L ownership
- Deep understanding of biotech commercialization models and therapeutic development strategies
- Experience leading high-stakes negotiations and influencing board-level decisions
