Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with high-potential onchain-native startups, fintechs, and web2 companies entering the crypto space
- Drive awareness of Onramp API and its value as a developer-friendly onramp solution
- Source leads through traditional channels and web3-native approaches, tracking all activity in CRM systems
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
- Strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem, particularly onchain applications and developer tooling
- Experience engaging with technical audiences and navigating developer communities
- Highly organized and data-driven, comfortable using CRM tools
- Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership in zero-to-one environments
