Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performance team of BDRs and Team Leads by setting goals and providing feedback
- Design and execute outbound and inbound prospecting strategies to meet pipeline and revenue goals
- Optimize sales processes and leverage AI tools to enhance lead management and outreach
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years' experience in business development, direct sales, or sales management, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology
- Experience managing BDR teams or team leads, with multi-region sales experience a plus
- Hands-on experience with AI/automation tools in a sales context
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
