Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute revenue upsell opportunities within a designated book of business
- Drive brand awareness and lead generation through various channels
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software sales experience with a BA/BS degree strongly preferred
- Experience in Human Capital Management sales preferred
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage performance
- Experience selling to C-level executives is a plus
