Key Responsibilities
- Engage with larger customers to identify renewal opportunities and provide advanced support
- Leverage product knowledge to highlight solutions that meet customer needs and drive renewal sales
- Maintain relationships with key customers and contribute to the development of sales strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum of seven years direct sales experience, with three years in life science
- Prior experience in selling subscriptions, including renewal sales and new business
- General knowledge of utilizing SFDC and sales enablement tools
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets
