Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to optimize revenue processes and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage key revenue operations processes including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting
- Implement and optimize CRM and other sales and marketing technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Analyze sales, marketing, and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations, preferably within the edtech market
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales and marketing technologies
- Proven ability to manage projects and drive initiatives to completion
- Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and compensation plans
