Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual - English/Spanish Inside Sales Professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute inbound and outbound sales campaigns, including cold calls, to targeted customers
• Manage multi-channel communications across text, email, and phone using a softphone and keyboard
• Utilize ERP and CRM platforms to manage customer interactions and maintain productivity targets

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's in Marketing, Technical Field, or Business preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a B2B/B2B2C environment; experience in the building products industry is a plus
• Proficient in CRM platforms such as Aircall, HubSpot, and Salesforce
• Strong computer navigation skills to manage multiple programs effectively
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required; regional fluency in Mexican Spanish or other dialects is a plus
