Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Call Center Sales Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth
- Design and implement a strategic vision for sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
- Foster a culture of excellence and employee engagement while ensuring regulatory compliance and performance improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years of experience managing a scaled inside-sales function with over 200 team members
- 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
- Deep knowledge of healthcare industry compliance regulations, particularly in Medicare and Marketplace
- Market knowledge of AI and telephony solutions such as Amazon Connect
