Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, education, or a related field is a plus
- Over 5 years of proven experience in inside sales, business development, and SDR roles
- Experience selling technical training solutions in Canada
- Familiarity with Canadian business practices and training regulations
- Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale follow-up
