Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Development Manager to join their growing Partner team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the launch, growth, and optimization of the NetSuite partnership, establishing joint go-to-market strategies and co-selling initiatives
- Drive referral opportunities and revenue through partner success programs that track and reward qualified lead generation
- Identify and expand partner opportunities with accounting firms, private equity, venture capital, and tech companies through outreach and engagement
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working within the NetSuite ecosystem, including knowledge of the marketplace and partner programs
- 2-4 years of experience in technology sales, partner channels, or business development with a focus on relationship building
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and a strong sense of urgency
- Consultative selling skills with the ability to understand partner needs and articulate joint-value propositions
