Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytics strategies to enhance operational performance and efficiency
• Lead talent development initiatives, including recruitment and training for analysts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of leadership experience in analytics or operations
• Experience in developing strategic capabilities and leading enterprise-level initiatives
• Proven ability to design and scale high-impact teams
• Healthcare industry experience preferred but not required
