A company is looking for a Medicare Sales Agent in Tempe, AZ.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from prospective members and assist in converting them to qualified leads and sales
- Follow up with members regarding questions or to review current or new products and services
- Assist in the completion of enrollment over the phone while meeting product requirements and enrollment guidelines
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- No prior insurance license required; training and support for obtaining state insurance licenses will be provided
- Participation in UHC Portfolio Agent New Hire training classes is mandatory
- Must meet and maintain requirements for agent licensure and annual product certification
- Full-time availability with flexibility based on business seasonality is desired
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while engaging with members is necessary
