Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the inside sales team to ensure timely completion of work while meeting quality standards
- Participate in the hiring, onboarding, training, and development of team members to maintain productivity and customer service standards
- Track and analyze team performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years in a business-to-business role, preferably in financial services
- Experience in managing and growing a sales team is a plus
