Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth
- Design and implement strategic visions to enhance sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align on performance indicators and strategic direction for the Telesales organization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales function (200+ team members)
- 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
- Extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations, particularly within Medicare and Marketplace
- Familiarity with AI, Amazon Connect, and similar telephony solutions
