Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Senior Advisors to exceed revenue goals and achieve quotas
- Develop and execute sales strategies and manage pipeline health to drive revenue growth
- Establish expertise in market trends and act as an executive sponsor for high-value accounts
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a sales leadership role with a track record of leading high-performing teams
- Experience managing a mid-market book of business with a deep understanding of sales cycles
- Proven success in coaching sales teams and improving sales productivity
- Expertise in sales methodologies and strong understanding of sales metrics and CRM management
- Experience in real estate, SaaS, digital advertising, or marketplace sales is a plus
