A company is looking for a Revenue Recovery Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of Target-related deductions, including identification, documentation, and dispute submission
• Advise clients on Target deduction best practices and provide ongoing support for deduction issues
• Investigate deduction trends and develop strategies to reduce future revenue leakage

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing deductions, post-audit claims, or compliance issues with Target
• Deep knowledge of Target's Synergy platform and deduction resolution workflows
• Proven ability to recover revenue from invalid deductions across various categories
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and develop preventative strategies
• Experience in building internal resources such as process documentation and training guides
