Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Support revenue generation and customer service efforts for stations/regions
• Execute and maintain broadcast and digital order entries throughout campaign flights
• Coordinate with account managers to resolve billing discrepancies and assist with campaign materials

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales support or sales operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Knowledge of Wide Orbit Traffic, Wide Orbit Sales, and WO Connect
• Familiarity with basic Microsoft Applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
