Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to manage and optimize their Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and Customer Success Ops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive RevOps process compliance and ensure accountability to data and process integrity
- Oversee and optimize the use of various RevOps tools including Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
- Create and maintain dashboards for real-time insights into key performance metrics
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a focus on Customer Success
- Expertise in Salesforce administration and familiarity with SaaS sales acceleration tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite and experience with analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach
- Experience in a start-up environment is a plus
