Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow its affiliate and creator base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and research new potential affiliates and partners through various outreach methods
  • Onboard and nurture new affiliates, ensuring they understand the program and provide ongoing support
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, meeting KPIs for outreach, sign-ups, and affiliate-driven sales
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of proven experience as an SDR/BDR, preferably in SaaS or the creator economy
  • Self-starter with the ability to prospect independently across multiple channels
  • Strong relationship-building skills to activate and nurture affiliates
  • Organized and metrics-driven, with experience using CRM tools and outreach platforms
  • Experience with affiliate programs or influencer marketing is a plus
