Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow its affiliate and creator base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and research new potential affiliates and partners through various outreach methods
- Onboard and nurture new affiliates, ensuring they understand the program and provide ongoing support
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, meeting KPIs for outreach, sign-ups, and affiliate-driven sales
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of proven experience as an SDR/BDR, preferably in SaaS or the creator economy
- Self-starter with the ability to prospect independently across multiple channels
- Strong relationship-building skills to activate and nurture affiliates
- Organized and metrics-driven, with experience using CRM tools and outreach platforms
- Experience with affiliate programs or influencer marketing is a plus
