Appointment Setter for Clinic-Focused SaaS | Easy Pitch, High Commissions (US Timezones) – Contract to Hire

We’re a fast-moving agency that builds high-converting websites and AI automations for clinics.

Your job is simple: call clinic owners, let them know we’ve built them something valuable, and book a call for our closer. If you can stay organized, handle volume, and follow a proven script, you’ll earn well and grow fast with us.

You’ll be responsible for:

1. Researching and building call lists based on specific targeting criteria.

2. Cold calling leads across the U.S. during business hours.

3. Delivering a simple pitch: “We’ve already built you a new website and want to show it to you.”

4. Booking sales calls for the founder (no closing required).

5. Hitting weekly KPIs and continuously improving based on feedback.

This role is for you if you:

• Have 20 hours/week availability (with potential for more).

• Are fluent in spoken English with a neutral/American accent.

• Are comfortable cold calling and talking to business owners.

• Can work during US business hours.

• Know your way around Google Sheets and CRM.

• Are coachable, fast-learning, and self-motivated.

• Are comfortable working remotely without distraction.

Nice-to-haves (not required):

• Based in the United States or Canada.

• Experience booking demos in healthcare or medical tech.

Performance Goals & KPIs:

We will track and reward performance based on:

• Calls Made

• Sites Pitched / Leads Reached

• Sales Calls Booked (Demos)

• Show-Ups

• Clients Closed

Compensation:

• $100/month base

• $25 per booked appointment

• $150 per closed deal

Expected earnings:

Between $2,000 – $4,000/month, depending on your performance. High-performers can scale earnings quickly.

Contract Type:

• Part-Time or Contract

• Can grow into a Full-Time role if you crush it.

Location:

• North America preferred

• Must be available to work during any mainland U.S. timezone
