Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator I to manage sales support functions for assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for service issues and manage the fulfillment of pre-enrollment kits and marketing supplies
  • Track compliance elements and communicate the status of agent certifications and recertifications
  • Maintain producer files and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or an office-related area
  • 2+ years of experience in health insurance and agent certification preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in policy and procedure technical writing preferred
