Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized guidance to homebuyers throughout the mortgage process
• Maintain a monthly loan production average of $1,000,000 and ensure accurate loan applications
• Develop relationships with local real estate professionals and represent the company at community events

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience as a loan officer with knowledge of various underwriting guidelines
• 3+ years of sales experience with a proven ability to generate new business
• 3+ years of experience with mortgage software systems and automated underwriting systems
• National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) certification required
