Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads through outreach, maintaining daily outreach goals

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or 3-5 years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of proven experience in inside sales or lead generation, preferably in life sciences or healthcare
- Proactive and self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset
- Comfortable with high-call volume and engaging with decision-makers
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
