Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales and Marketing Operations Analyst to join their Revenue Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain CRM accuracy, manage lead routing, and drive pipeline hygiene
- Own campaign execution in Marketo and manage onboarding and nurture flows
- Ensure alignment on funnel definitions and maintain data quality for reporting
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related GTM function
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools, preferably Marketo
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Outreach, Groove, or Dialpad
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend actions
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
