Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in call center sales leadership, preferably in financial services or insurance
- Proven track record managing large-scale inside sales operations (100+ seats)
- Knowledge of call center metrics such as Service Level and AHT
