• Provide strategic direction for sales call center operations to align with company goals
• Lead and develop call center leaders and licensed sales teams for high performance
• Optimize staffing and resources to maximize productivity and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in call center sales leadership, preferably in financial services or insurance
• Proven track record managing large-scale inside sales operations (100+ seats)
• Knowledge of call center metrics such as Service Level and AHT
