Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic account team to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
- Utilize consultative selling skills to identify and influence client up-sell opportunities
- Develop and deliver performance reports to clients, identifying cost-saving opportunities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Strong understanding of PBM, pricing strategies, Medicare services, and managed care
- Experience in healthcare sales with a focus on client retention and growth
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams
- Proven ability to present to executive partners and drive client satisfaction
- Willingness to work remotely or in a corporate hub within designated time zones
