Key Responsibilities
- Communicate and implement strategic plans across all sales divisions while driving accountability within the team
- Act as a bridge between corporate sales and the field, collaborating with District Managers to enhance market share
- Coach and train District Managers and Store Managers to achieve sales targets and improve sales proficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline
- 5-7 years of experience in retail sales and customer relations
- In-depth understanding of sales components and market conditions
- Experience in leading teams through organizational change
