Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders
- Lead strategic account planning processes and develop mutual performance objectives
- Achieve assigned sales and volume quotas while coordinating company resources to meet account expectations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10 years of demonstrated sales and marketing experience, including 2 years in National Accounts management
- Strong negotiation and budget management skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of large strategic customer management and effective sales methods
- Proficiency with customer account systems and ability to analyze sales and inventory data
