Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Accounts Manager to develop and sustain long-term customer relationships and drive growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Lead strategic account planning processes and develop mutual performance objectives
  • Achieve assigned sales and volume quotas while coordinating company resources to meet account expectations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10 years of demonstrated sales and marketing experience, including 2 years in National Accounts management
  • Strong negotiation and budget management skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of large strategic customer management and effective sales methods
  • Proficiency with customer account systems and ability to analyze sales and inventory data
