Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and manage strategic content and automation tools for proposal development
- Coordinate and perform quality reviews of proposal documents before delivery
- Build and maintain effective business relationships with internal and external partners
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related work experience, preferably within a sales organization
- Related Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience completing complex RFPs for strategic accounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of the health insurance industry and competitive landscape
