Account Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Migrations Account Executive to drive customer retention and expansion in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Contributes to achieving annual renewal bookings and migration target quotas
• Acts as the primary contact for perpetual customer accounts regarding renewals and migrations
• Handles add-on and upsell opportunities related to renewals and migrations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a software or technology company
• Experience with SaaS and CRM/ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
• Ability to work outside of normal office hours during peak times
