Position Overview
This is a remote, full-time acquisitions role centered on negotiating and securing real estate contracts. As a Closer, you’ll take warm, inbound seller leads, build rapport, and lock in profitable deals. This is a true performance role designed for salespeople who thrive under pressure and are motivated by results.
Schedule
• Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST
• Must be flexible for occasional evening or weekend calls
Core Responsibilities
• Speak with inbound leads, qualify them, and establish trust
• Present strong offers and negotiate for mutually beneficial outcomes
• Maintain your pipeline through consistent follow-up
• Keep Podio CRM notes current and detailed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure deals close smoothly

Qualifications:
• 1+ year of acquisitions, wholesaling, or investment real estate experience
• 1–2 years of proven sales success (phone or high-ticket sales preferred)
• Excellent communication and persuasive ability
• Strong emotional intelligence and closing instincts
• Proactive, self-managed, and reliable remote work setup
• CRM knowledge required; Podio familiarity is a plus
• Sports, military, or entrepreneurial backgrounds are highly valued

Compensation
First 90 Days (Training/Launch Phase):
• $2,000/month draw (advance against commissions)
• 11%–15% commission on gross revenue per deal
• Average earnings: $8,250–$15,000+ per month, including the draw
After 90 Days (Full Commission):
• 11%–15% commission on gross revenue per deal
• Average earnings: $8,250–$15,000+ per month (uncapped)
