Job Summary
A company is looking for a DAG Order Management Representative to provide administrative support to Regional Sales Directors throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Regional Directors and Sales Managers with requests and approvals for potential customers
- Process orders for New Business and Renewal sales, including producing quotes and proposals
- Manage cases in Salesforce and communicate with cross-functional teams within the organization
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree
- 2 years of experience with Salesforce; experience with Oracle and order processing preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Ability to multi-task and work with multiple systems
- Experience in supporting sales teams is preferred
