Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Mid-Market Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to enhance process, efficiency, and productivity within the Mid-Market sales organization
- Hire, mentor, and develop Sales Managers and Account Executives, including recruiting and training new team members
- Forecast revenue targets accurately and support the sales team throughout their sales cycles
Required Qualifications
- Located in Austin or Salt Lake City and able to work in a hybrid model 3 times a week
- 8+ years of combined sales and sales leadership experience
- 2+ years of second-line leadership experience with a consistent track record of team attainment
- Experience in building processes and strategies from an early stage
- Proven ability to scale sales teams and manage both transactional and complex sales motions
