Key Responsibilities
- Assist sales representatives with phone prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
- Hire and train new sales representatives and coordinate recruitment efforts
- Mentor new recruits on products, services, and sales systems
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business or related field
- 3 years of sales experience
- Some supervisory experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
