About the position
Responsibilities
• Consult with internal partners to advance Target Product Ads capabilities and strategies, prioritizing client feedback to inform direction
• Develop and implement scalable selling strategies and stories to your vertical and clients
• Act as a consultant to provide solutions that deliver on client needs
• Deliver impactful client presentations and education
• Stay up to date on industry trends both in the performance media landscape, looking for opportunities that will deliver incremental value to clients
• Partner closely with various cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Performance & Insights, Analytics, Product and Go-to-Market, to deliver and execute effective results
• Provide weekly pipeline, pacing and revenue forecasts to Roundel Leadership
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of performance media sales or agency experience
• Proven track record of revenue growth and accountability for sales revenue of $3M+
• Extensive knowledge of the performance media environment, trends/technologies, and agency landscape
• Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and identify opportunities
• Strong, succinct communicator that understands individual audience needs and tailors the message
• Thrives in ambiguity and able to flex with changing priorities
• Great partner and collaborator with cross functional teams
• Must be willing to travel as necessary for maximum client and/or agency coverage
