Key Responsibilities

• Enable pre-sales engineers on integration architecture and minimize customer escalations
• Guide customer architecture decisions related to Zoom developer best practices and third-party integrations
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather market feedback and connect capabilities across platforms

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions architecture or sales engineering
• Good understanding of integration architecture and iPaaS platforms
• Ability to write and debug code in languages like Python or JavaScript
• Fluency in AI-assisted development tools and understanding of workflow orchestration patterns
• Able to present complex architectures to both technical and business audiences
