Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute the GTM sales strategy for various customer segments
- Recruit, manage, and develop a mixed sales team while implementing performance management systems
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success on lead generation and retention strategies
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience scaling a B2B SaaS startup from $0-$10m ARR
- At least 3 years of experience managing a sales team of 5+ members
- History of closing complex enterprise sales motions
- Experience with low ticket high volume SaaS sales
- Bonus: Understanding of the insurance, mortgage, and automotive sectors
