Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of GTM to lead its revenue organization and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute the GTM sales strategy for various customer segments
  • Recruit, manage, and develop a mixed sales team while implementing performance management systems
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success on lead generation and retention strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience scaling a B2B SaaS startup from $0-$10m ARR
  • At least 3 years of experience managing a sales team of 5+ members
  • History of closing complex enterprise sales motions
  • Experience with low ticket high volume SaaS sales
  • Bonus: Understanding of the insurance, mortgage, and automotive sectors
