Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Director responsible for overseeing sales in the Americas for supported industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee sales, account management, and business development functions for the Industrial sector, delivering quarterly revenue targets
- Build strong relationships with key customers to understand their long-term business and market requirements
- Collaborate with internal departments to establish programs that drive higher revenues and brand awareness
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of business and/or industrial sales experience, with 5 years in leadership roles
- Experience in implementing sales and business development strategies
- Skilled in selling into various end-use applications, preferably in plastic/converting, medical/pharmaceutical, printing, and/or automotive
- Bachelor's degree preferred in a technical discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com required
