Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to support the customer engagement lifecycle in LATAM markets
- Manage and coach teams to achieve sales targets and monitor performance metrics
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective client engagement and implement best practices
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent B2B SaaS industry experience
- 10-15 years of experience managing successful SaaS sales teams
- Proven track record in acquiring new customers through outbound prospecting
- Experience in fraud, compliance, or identity software preferred
- Able to attract and retain senior leaders within a SaaS business
