Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales & Service Representative (Licensed P&C Agent).

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed
• Provide efficient and effective communication to meet customer needs
• Maintain knowledge of procedures to meet department standards and guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus
• Property/Casualty Insurance License required
• 2 or more years of insurance sales/service experience required
• Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
• Remote working experience is a plus
