Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the global Sales Enablement and Technical Training strategy
- Develop and execute a unified enablement and training roadmap aligned with business priorities
- Design and deliver scalable, role-based learning programs to enhance seller productivity and customer success
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or related leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and methodologies
- Experience building and scaling global enablement and/or technical training programs
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Proficiency with enablement platforms and LMS tools
