- Proven track record of scaling ARR from tens to hundreds of millions
- 8+ years of post-sales leadership experience in enterprise SaaS or fintech
- Experience in growing customer bases from hundreds to thousands
- Successful monetization of post-sales functions and creation of new revenue streams
- Strong background in implementing change management at scale
