Qualifications and Education Requirements

- 3-5+ years of account management, client success, or sales operations experience, preferably in digital health
- Experience in end-to-end process optimization for strategic book management
- Demonstrated success in growing existing accounts through upselling and renewals
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and pipeline management
