Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Trainer (MEDDPICC Expert).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-impact training programs on MEDDPICC and core sales skills
• Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps and align training programs with business objectives
• Track training effectiveness using KPIs and recommend improvements based on data analysis

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in sales training/enabling with a proven track record of elevating sales team performance
• Deep expertise in MEDDPICC with experience in training and coaching
• Strong background in sales cycles and skills such as negotiation and closing
• Experience creating blended learning paths (live, virtual, and self-paced)
• Data-driven mindset with a proven success in linking training to measurable business outcomes
