A company is looking for a Sales Compensation Specialist to join their Compensation Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with key partners to drive results
  • Analyze and report on compensation transactions to ensure compliance with control and regulatory requirements
  • Research and analyze to resolve escalations and quantify business outcomes


Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in supporting a sales compensation organization
  • Knowledge of retail brokerage investment products and industry pay practices
  • Ability to build effective relationships across multiple locations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting deadlines
