Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to support and enhance the effectiveness of their sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver onboarding and continuous learning programs for Account Executives and Account Managers
- Integrate sales methodologies across all sales motions and lead training sessions to reinforce product knowledge
- Analyze sales performance data to identify gaps and implement improvements in sales enablement programs
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related sales support role
- Experience enabling sales teams in cybersecurity, PCI compliance, or B2B SaaS environments
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC and value-based selling
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Microsoft O365 tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
