Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Vice President (East).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional team of approximately 10 direct reports
• Drive strategic initiatives to expand market share and revenue growth
• Oversee day-to-day operations while aligning with corporate objectives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in fasteners, industrial distribution, or related industries
• Executive-level management experience with P&L responsibility preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and deliver results
• Strong strategic, operational, and financial acumen
• East Coast location strongly preferred; hybrid remote flexibility available
