Telesales Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telesales Specialist, RSG to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for customer registrations in community training courses and retail product sales
• Act as a consultant to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate training classes and products
• Document all cases in Salesforce and manage credit card transactions for orders

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED certificate; higher education is a plus
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Ability to effectively multi-task across multiple systems
• Proven consumer sales skills; product sales experience is a plus
• Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com
